Under the agreement, the project is set for completion by December 31, 2025, or earlier upon achieving the required objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The initiative aligns with broader efforts by Saudi Arabia\u2019s energy and industrial sectors to reduce liquid fuel use, improve energy efficiency, and support environmental goals.
