The project, to be developed under Dubai’s Independent Power Project (IPP) model, will be built in phases starting in August 2027

The project will surpass ACWA Power’s existing 1.1 GW Suez Wind Farm and become the country’s largest single-asset Independent Power Producer (IPP)

The agreement will focus on geothermal power generation, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) applications, as well as compressed air energy storage

The projects, set to be developed under a build-own-operate (BOO) model, are located across key regions
