ENEC steps into its new role as an investor, developer and generator of clean electricity on the global stage

The projects, financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), represent a combined investment of over $600 million.

The 1GW wind farm will be among the largest in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) region, featuring a 600-megawatt-hour Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).

The tender was issued on November 14, with submissions due by December 17, 2024, at 11:00 AM.
