Based on sea water reverse osmosis (SWRO) technology, the project will be developed in two phases
A consortium led by Acwa Power has submitted its proposal for the development of the Jubail 4 & 6 project
Under a 25-year WPA, the developer will sell the entire output to Saudi Water Partnership Company with government backing
