Carbon Capture
Under the agreement, Aramco will hold a 60% stake in the project, with Linde and SLB each securing 20%.
CarbonCure’s technology injects captured carbon dioxide (CO₂) into concrete during production, where it mineralises permanently, even if the material is later demolished.
The project introduces a mobile platform designed to capture up to 0.25 tonnes of CO2 per day, providing a practical model for future carbon capture applications in the power generation sector.
